You authorize your wireless carrier (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose to SLOCPT and its third-party service providers your mobile number, network status, customer type, customers role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, solely to verify your identity and prevent fraud for the duration of the relationship. Estimates

The estimate of your benefit is an approximation for your general use only. Any estimate is based on assumptions and is not a statement of your actual benefit. The calculation of your final benefit is made at your retirement. Your actual benefit and retirement eligibility may differ from the figures and dates shown on the estimate. Changes to your account balance, service time, your employer’s benefit plan provisions, SLOCPT annuity factors or the laws and rules governing the system, as well as changes to your personal information held in the records of the system, may affect the calculation of your final benefit.
